Forgetting a password is the most common reason people can’t get in. The reset takes about two minutes if you still have the SIM you registered with. If you don’t, it takes longer — but it’s still possible.
Reset the login password
- Open the 6E Club login page and choose Forgot password under the boxes.
- Enter your registered number.
- Tap Send and enter the SMS OTP.
- Type a new password twice.
- Log in.
Reset the withdrawal password
Go to Account → Settings → Withdrawal password. If you’ve forgotten the old one, use the reset option there or message support — they’ll verify the account is yours first.
If you’ve lost the SIM
- Get a duplicate SIM from your operator — the easiest route.
- Or message 6E Club customer care with your UID, the old number and the new one.
- Expect identity checks before the number is changed.
After any reset
- Log out of other devices.
- Check Account → Login history.
- Look through Wallet history for anything unexpected.
- Make sure your linked bank details haven’t changed.
